Every doctor is different but every doctor I have seen or known will not even see a women for pregnancy in till she is at least 8 weeks and that's because most miscarriages will happen before that and before a women even knows she's pregnant.

He may mean that its too early coz of your misscarrage as some doctors do say that the pregnancy hormone can still be there even when your not pregnant if you have recently suffer losing one. Id get a second oppinion if i was you as ive just fallen 3 months after losing one too. Good luck wiyh everything

I found out at 3 and a half weeks! So its possible, but sometimes its not good to test early because you can have a chemical pregnancy, where the egg is fertilized and the test shows positive and then the egg doesn't continue to grow so it just comes out like a period. Then you test again and its not positive anymore and then it makes you sad :( best of luck to you though!
