Is there a reason why you feel this way?? I also had and sometimes still have this fear because it happened to me my last pregnancy.. good thing this time my baby girl is super active otherwise id go crazy i am now 30 weeks and everything is going great and my baby is healthy i know anything can happen but im staying positive. But since for you its gotten to the point where you sit up at night worried that somethings wrong with no apparent reason then you should consider talking to your doctor and maybe go to therapy being stress and worried all the time is bad i also felt like this especially around the time i lost my first baby at 24 weeks i had nightmares about losing this baby it got to a point where i was so stressed that i think my baby was also stressed i noticed everytime i cried or thought about it the worst so much i could feel my baby go so low and not move as much that it was unconfortable i knew she was fine because i felt movement i told my doctor how i felt she said that me being stressed wasnt healthy for the baby and that yeah there was a chance i was stressing her so what i found helpful was that she scheduled me for monthly growth ultrasounds just so that i get to see my baby once a month and bring my anxiety levels down and im also seeing a social worker and it really has helped me.. Just make sure you talk to someone about how you feel dont keep your feelings to yourself because its not healthy.. Dont worry too much im sure your baby will be fine but yeah you should consider asking for more ultrasounds so that you can be more relaxed

Sadly this happend to me my daughter was born still I am pregnant again 36 weeks with my 2nd daughter and I too feel like this every little thing scares me I'm terrified of it ever happening again it is the worst thing that can happen to a mother. I've gotten better though after the 26 weeks I have calmed down some but I'm always trying to feel her movements I'll eat or drink something so she will move if she takes a awhile that I don't feel movement it's hard but I guess if you believe in god I awhile ways go to him and pray for him to keep me and my baby healthy.

Well with my first pregnancy I had an overwhelming since of fear and I cried and cried and I was 9 weeks. I had an ultrasound and Tue baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. I knew before I knew. This times I had a few fleeting moments of fear but they passed soon after when I got nauseous or now that I'm feeling movement. Just be calm and have faith. Baby is fine.

I had this feeling a lot. Especially around 30 weeks when movement started to get really strong and frequent. I knew the stress was worse and force myself to calm down. At 38 weeks I feel everything Now and am much more confident.
