Im a fist time mom& Im 38 weeks. Today as i was walking around the store i felt like i was having light period cramps. That was earlier this morning now i have kinda an all over belly pain, especially when i start walking around. Some pains are a little worse then others. Are these the real deal contractions??

You'll know if it's real deal contractions if you time them. If they come every 10 minutes and not every 10, then 15, 20, then it's false labor. Try drinking water and laying on your left side and timing them. Good luck
