contractions?

So I've been timing my contractions for the last while and they are about 60 seconds long 5 - 7 minutes apart. I expected them to be more painful though? And now my little guy has the hiccups. Did anyone else have these kind of contractions? They are tightening with back and abdominal pain. Even when I adjust positions they are continuing. But I really don't want to drive all the way to the hospital and be sent home :( my mucas plug came out last night and today and on Wednesday my ob did a membrane sweep and I was 2cm. Any advice on what I should do? Keep timing? Go to the hospital? My water hasn't broken.

They told me to wait until they are less than five minutes apart and associated with pain or my water breaks. But that it sounds like early labour.

Still steady but not real painful. I have some pains in the top left side of my belly I think those are gas pains though. I've showered now so I'm going to call the hospital and see what they say.

I have a really high... Like really high.. pain tolerance, could that be why I'm expecting them to be more intense/painful?

Thanks ladies. I'm using the stopwatch on my phone, I'll time for a little while longer. My little guy hasn't been moving much today because I keep getting so tight. He just jolted, weirdest feeling.

Keep timing them I think its best to hold out for awhile. Until they get stronger

I was told if its 5-7 minutes you go to the hospital, so i would go. It definitely wouldnt hurt to call them first as well.
