False contractions usually dont hurt. And they are only n the belly . and they aren't consistent . they will go away if u change positions or drink water and lay down . and they nevet really get much stronger .
Real contractions might start off feeling like false ones but u will also get a back ache that wraps around your belly and your belly will tighten . these will be consistant and will get stronger over time . and no matter what u do they won't ease up.
Remember to drink LOTS of water . dehydration can cause you to contract.
