What do contractions feel like ?

Im only 37+4 weeks but from what people are telling me I look like im about to pop. Im getting told this by people in grocery stores and elsewhere

There are different ways to deal with them that help with pain management. They feel like really strong cramps only they come and go

They are absolutely horrible. You wont mistake them for anything else. Some people say they feel like period cramps only way worse.
