You can boil some pear soup. Get the Asian pears (yellow with spots on the skin). Just boil with water until it's soft and add some rock sugar for taste. (Probably 20 mins or so). Drink the soup and eat the pear while it's hot. It should help.

If you have any sources of vitamin C such as citrus fruitsbor juices, try that. I've heard gurgling salt water works. Never tried it personally, but it's worth a try! Good luck ,hope you feel better:)
