could I be pregnant?

I took 2 hpt's on April 27, 2013 one in the morning, and one that afternoon.  They both came back with a faint second line. I have not had a period since January 22, 2013. I have never had a regular period which is why I waited so long to test. I decided to take two more tests, one yesterday afternoon May 16, and one this morning, May 17. The one yesterday was another very faint second line, but the one this morning was negative. There wasnt even the slightest hint of a second line. All of my tests have been different brands. I've not had any bleeding or spotting since january. The only possible symptoms ive had have been heart burn and occasionally feeling nauseous and slight cramping. Could I really be pregnant even after getting a negative test, or is there something else that could be wrong?

This is my 2nd child .. With my first i took one and my second line was light so i went and brought a digital test lol  it said pregnant .. And with my test recently the second line was light also , so i know im pregnant . I've never been late or missed a period unless it was these two times i have tested ..
I am 7 weeks as of my calculations. Havent been to the doctor yet .. I could be 9 weeks bc i was 2 weeks late before i started in the end of march

It could be that your very early and the negative test was not as sensitive as the others. I would go for a blood test

Lol ^ yeah shes right both my pregnancy test were faint , but you could tell it was a positive tho' i took one that afternoon and the second one the next morning .

Yeah go to the doctor and test. My period my three weeks late before I took one and mine came out extremely dark within literally two seconds. It was positive before I had time to even set it down

A line is a line even if faint. I'd say you are very newly pregnant but have a blood test to confirm. This is exactly how I found out I was preggers. If you wait a week to test again the line should come in clearer. Congrats!
