could i be pregnant??

so my bf rubbed my vulva/general region with his hand...but i don't know if he had semen on his hand or not :\
so in case he had some...
the first day of my last cycle was october 2nd, and i typically have regular 29-31 day cycles.
this happened in the wee hours on october 6th...and my period ended the day before...
what are the chances that i could be pregnant?? i am freaking out here.
i have been super stressed, so idk if that can delay ovulation, but today i saw a glob of snot looking yellow discharge that had a chunk of blood in it... ):

any help is appreciated!!

You can get pregnant from pre, but you have to be fertile/ovulating. But his penis has to be inside of you to actually get pregnant. Sperm dies as soon as it his the air. So stop stressing. You're okay (: if you don't want to get pregnant use a condom or some birth control. But you can miss your period because of stress, an if you don't ovulate you can miss.

okay so since i'm still scared and a wee bit paranoid-
so i've had my period come early last month, and on time this month. but ive heard that some women can have period like bleeding during pregnancy....

but i had some weird pelvic pain so i went to the hospital and they did an ultrasound on 11/5, right after early and weird period ended. these were the results:

FINDINGS:
the uterus is normal, and measures 3x3.8x6.6 no intrauterine pregnancy
the endometrial strip measures 3 mm.

given that information....i shouldnt be pregnant, right? cause if i were, i would have been 5.5 weeks at the time and that wouldve shown on the us, right?

i just need some peace of mind.
the only reason i post this is because blue 'roadmap' veins have become pretty visible on my chest.... still scared! :/

It's not common windy may to become impregnated by pre ***... 8 times out of ten... A women's egg is fertilized as a result of ejaculation... Ok... So Ur in that two percent bracket...

People can cause all sorts of physical symptoms just stressing on something, it's actuallly quite interesting look up 'psychosomatic' that is if you're not already familiar with the term.. most important thing and that us with anything in life is to not stress a breathe..

I dont remember I just missed a period for 4 month's and convinced myself without testing that it just had to be a pregnancy and started gaining weight and throwing up as soon as I seen a negative on the test I felt a million times better and realized I missed my period cause I just got off birthcontrol and because I was majorly stressed out..it was years ago!!!! And I was having unprotected sex when I got scared. I seriously think your fine so get some reassurance already and take a test so you will absolutely know your not pregnant!

Thats not always true. Its rare but if a guy **** and any of it gets even on the outer area of the vagina its possible some of the sperm could make it all the way through and fertilize. Its extremely rare but not impossible. Sperm going from his penis to his fingers to her vagina is more likely impossible though. If he wacked it then rubbed his penis on the outside of her vagina she could get pregnant that way.

Yeah its a phantom pregnancy ive done it to myself..if you tell yourself something is wrong then your body will eventually convince you that your right. I ended up having to take a pregnancy test just to prove myself wrong so I could feel better about it. Theres that teensy tiny almost non existant chance your both fertile as hell and the sperm did survive and you conceived then a test would tell you. If you just test you'll feel a butt load of stress lift off your shoulders.

idk...maybe. but earlier today i felt an overwhelming onset of pregnancy type symptoms- nausea, tiredness, lower backaches, etc. theyre mostly gone now...but i heard that you can trick yourself into thinking and feeling like this if you think about it enough...is that true??

That's normal during or after periods for some women. Tmi but I get that sometimes suffer my period. My ob/gyn laughed when I asked cause I said it was like chicken eggs but assured me I was fine.
