cramping

Im sorry if this has been asked before, but is it possible to have extreme cramping without bleeding and misscarry without knowing? I have never experienced cramping at all in my other two pregnancies, and its happened 3-4 times and brought me to tears it hurt so bad. any answers appreciated.

Had the u/s done and everything went great, baby is doing awesome, Dr moved my due date up by 4 days so now i am 9 weeks and 2 days preggo, and the cramping is normal, even as painful as its been. Thank you all for ur well wishes.

Ya my midwife said that if the cramping is severe, to go have it checked out. Mild cramping is completely normal. Let us know how it goes.

I would def. call your doc if the cramping brought tears to your eyes. Mild cramping is pretty much a normal thing, tho, of course, not all pregnancies are the same. I would really encourage seeking the advice of your doc tho, a girl i am acquainted with had mild spotting, and mild cramping, and she found out she miscarried.....if it doesn't feel right, go in!!! Good luck and please let us know how you are doing.

Cramping is normal in pregnancy. But to the point of tears? You really should call your doctor and make sure nothing more serious is going on. You're pregnant right?

EVERY pregnancy is different. Don't assume because it didn't happen in two previous pregnancies, that it can't happen in this one! Good luck!

you can not misscarry without bleeding...100% sure. How many wks prego are you? You will know that you are misscarring if you are bleeding. However, light bleeding does not mean misscarrige. I would call MD for pro advice. Take care. Lilia
