Bad cramps or right side. 30 weeks pregnant
Ive had them also for weeks now when I've laid on that side I wake up a few hours later in agony with a cramp I'm told it's the weight of baby on a blood vessel or tendon. Try buying a wedge support cushion to place under your bump I'm almost full term now and it did help until just recently bit I'm suffering with pelvic girdle pain so was expecting the pain to get worse just before baby due date
