cramps

Im 23 weeks pregnant im having sharp lower abdominal pain in my left side since last night I dont have any spotting or anything hust the cramps vaby is moving ad usual if I put pressure it hurts lil more wat can thus be

A lot of the time, lower left abdominal cramping is due to a digestive issue, including gas. Even if it isn't, cramping without spotting is normal and could be associated with anything from pelvic girdle pain, round ligament pain and over stretched muscles and ligaments :)
