cramps

I've heard that having menstrual like cramps during pregnancy is normal. Mine are not that painful, and are not constant. Is anyone else experiencing cramps or have had them in pregnancy? I seem to worry about every little thing or symptom.

It's normal as long as their is NO bleeding involved .
I had it all the time during my first trimester , I'm now in my 3rd & I still get a couple here & there but it's not bad.

They're completely normal. The cramps are your uterus muscles stretching as baby grows to accommodate your little bud. thats why it happens randomly and off and on. You're doing just fine momma: ) if you weren't worried you wouldn't be doing your job lol
