crazy hcg

I went to doc sept 17th to get mirena after three pregnancy I believed her when she told me I was pregnant even though I HAD VERY SLIGHT BLEEDING NO CLOTS did blood work next day hcg was at 114 did bloodwork three days later hcg was 57 so we waited two weeks to test again and my hcg was 135 AND STILL BLEEDING ALMOST 3 WEEKS LATER so now she says I AM STILL PREGNANT but there has been no intercourse for this to be possible WHAT IS GOING ON HELP she has me going for bloodwork in two more weeks then an ultrasound on the 29th. I have been reading about fluctuating hcg and it could mean vanishing twin or ectopic pregnancy but at my last appt she said she wasnt worried about ectopic, Has anyone gone through this before and what were the results?

I would agree that it most likely mean ectopic or a cyst. I'm not a medical professional, however. Pay close attention to how your body feels and maybe push to have a sonogram sooner.

If you haven't had sex then I would assume it is a cyst.

Your HCG would be incredibly high now if you were pregnant. It is supposed to double every 2-3 days!
