Yeah I was 3cm and 85% effaced for weeks before I delivered. Every week my doctor would say she'd doubt she'd see me at the next appointment and again I would go into labor. It started at 34 weeks and I didn't deliver until exactly 39 weeks.

i was dialating a cm a day lol delivered on the 4th day as it went a lot quicker when the active labour kicked in :) but everyone is differant could take hours could take weeks have you been given any advice on how to speed things up such as walking helps put pressure on the cervix and also helps with the positioning of baby there are loads more you can do. hope everythig goes well.

I was 3cm for like 3 weeks. You still have time. Week or two at the most

You have to be 10 cm to deliver.

That said, it could take weeks before you deliver. You can be 1-3 cm dilated for months, or it could take hours. You still have 3 weeks left, so plenty of time before baby has to come.

I think you should be 8 to 10cm to deliver.
