i m 22yrs old.My last LMP is 4th oct 2010.I did ultrasound
on 3rd december which shows i m 7.1 pregnant with heart rate
of 138. But prior to my LMP i should be 8.4 weeks
pregnant. My all reports are normal. My doctor told me it is a
case of delayed conception and can affect baby at 1 %
risk.Is is true?"
I've never heard of late ovulation/implantation causing any problems. The reason they use LMP is just due to the fact that many women are unclear of when ovulation occurs. It sounds like everything is fine. Good luck!
Yeah i wouldn't worry about it, i think the doctor was over thinking it. Lots of people don't ovulate when they think they do. Take me for example. My lmp was 24/9/10 which would put me at 11 weeks. But i know when i ovulated and i didn'v ovulate until 24th October so i am actually only 9 weeks. As long as the heartbeat is strong llike yours was i think everything will be fine!
