I was just wondering what type of meds are they giving you and how much. I just found out I'm pregnant this morning and I'm diabetic I'm waiting for my insurance once I get it I know I would need insulin or whatever to bring my sugars to come down. So I was wondering what type of meds are you taking the names and how much of it. Thank you.

That's what I'm doing @melcarin. I also never took care of myself but now that I'm pregnant I am putting myself through Giordano too but I need insurance first. Thank you for your advice ladies.

Im just barely 15 weeks. But ive been diabetic for years. Since 2001 actually. I personally didnt take care of it hardly ever but when i found out i was pregnant i jumped into my own bootcamp and just started doing what i shouldve been all along and i cant believe how great i feel now

I would ask your doc about getting an insulin pump. Im a type one and im on the pump. I use humalog. That would be the best bet. The pumps are simple to use and they seem to work really well for me.
