mine stopped hurting around the 16w mark but then started leaking shortly after that.  Everybody is different.  With my first they hurt the whole time, but with my second barely noticed the change!

Mine stopped around 12wks.......But I have large breasts, so when I take my bra off, they are a little sore, but not bothersome really. I think it just depends on the person.

Mine stopped bothering me around 10-11 weeks.  They'll get sore again when/if you start to breast feed.  Mine were never that sore to begin with but they're completely normal now.  They haven't even gotten bigger and I'm 36 weeks!
