discharge

Foundt out i was pregnant last thursday, did 3 clear blue test and got midwifes next week. Im having discharge which is white/ yellow ( can only tell its yellow when i wipe on the toliet paper) sorry tmi. Worried is it normal in early pregnancy or do i need go doctors ? Thanks for any answers i get

It doesnt, could be thrush also? Because i suffered with thrush only 6 months ago, i didnt know until i went for a internal

I was told that if it smells like fish then there could be an infection otherwise its normal.

Thank you, my doctors close half day thursday so il give them a ring tomorrow

Yellow usually is a sign  of  an infection but since you are pregnant your hormones are raging. And it could just be your normal flora also know a bacterial we have in are body that would cause us any type of harm under normal circumstances. But since you are pregnant it can cause your normal flora to be out of back thus the extra discharge. So definitely get it check out to make sure it's not a bacterial infection.

Thank you both, i started to stress when i noticed i think im 4/5 weeks & am i best waiting til i see the midwife or go doctors

I had yellow and white and their was no infection but congrats hun :-):-) how many weeks do you reckon you are??

Yellow could mean an infection so I would make an appointment to be sure and get the antibiotics you need. (:
