dizziness! fainting spells but not dehydration

Okay now I know this isnt the right forum but i hope any of you can help..


I have been having very bad dizziness.. the world just spins to the point of nausea and even fainting... I have been having headaches as well.. I've been having these spells for a a few weeks now and tonight it got worse to the point I fell and passed out.. I woke up about 3 minutes later... If i lay on my back I seem to be okay but God forbid me move at all... every time i get up the dizziness comes.. Do any of you have any ideas what this is or if you have the same thing... please help Ive never had this problem before and I cant go to the doctor till later on this week..

p.s.
I know its not dehydration... I drink plenty of water a day and urine is clear (sorry if tmi)
