Most likely dehydration so make sure you're drink PLENTY of water. Also, make sure you're not over doing things - take regular breaks. Low iron levels or low blood pressure can also contribute to this, so if it continues then I would suggest seeing your doctor.

I'm 6 weeks plus 3 and have been suffering from dizzyness for a week. Like the others said, It's likely due to increased blood volume, wich lower the blood percentage, much like when you lack iron. Furthermore I've read that pregnancy can make you more sensitive to low blood sugar. I try as much to maintain the sugar level, drink a lot, eat  the daily iron and take it as easy as possible. Doesn't remove it entirely though.

I had the same thing happen to me and was told it was due to the increase in blood flow. Try to take it easy and not move around too quickly. Also make sure you are drinking a lot of water like the other gals stated as well.

Most likely the dizziness is from the increase blood volume you have at that stage of pregnancy! I would take it easy...not stand to fast or move to quickly. I would also up your water intake...don't want to get dehydrated. If the symptoms worsen like black outs or falling down from it contact your doctor right away!
