do babies fart in the womb?
Serious question. I put my hand on my belly and it feels like she's farting. She sticks her butt up and makes a lump on my stomach and when I rub it sometimes there's a little pop lol
meconium CAN happen. That's why the baby is suppose to have 3 lines in the umbilical cord, wile some babies...like my 3rd pregnancy has 2 when they are suppose to have 3.

There are two smaller vessels (umbilical arteries)
that return deoxygenated, nutrient depleted blood..... (waste)

My son had mecoinum aspiration and its extremely dangerous. He pooped while being born and inhaled it. They cannot go in the womb that's what mecoinum is, an if they do its very very dangerous
No they can not do that, they have meconium in their intestines - kind of a place holder, but there is no digestion or bacteria to make "farts". They can have a bowel movement - it indicates fetal stress though, and that's not a good thing.
Babies do not poop while in the womb. They CAN But it is very dangerous. The poop can enter their lungs and its not a good thing. I've seen people posting a lot about babies pooping in the womb, and while its not impossible it's very rare and like I said, dangerous. Haven't you guys read any of your books?!

Babies definitely do NOT poop in the womb. That's incredibly dangerous. Lol but I've always wondered if babies could blow bubbles with their mouths in the womb. Sometimes it feels like little bubbles popping in my lower stomach lol. But i quickly assumed they can't because like one person said, there is fluid in there so unless your leaking amniotic fluid i don't see how you could have air in there. I don't even think that would be possible but idk haha.
Yes, they urinate in the womb. However, they do not have bowel movements unless they are in distress when you go into labor. Babies generally don't have bowel movements until after birth, unless like I said, there's an issue. Meconium aspiration is very serious and life threatening.
As far as whether or not they pass gas, I honestly don't know the answer to that.

thats ^ not true. babies CANNOT poop inside of you. Have you heard of meconium aspirations?

lol the baby does poop in the womb though...lol..hence why the doctor tells you to drink A TON of water to clean out the amniotic fluid...ive learned this from different doctors and different medical websites lol
well if you hear sounds, it may not be the baby letting out gas, it could just be the pressure from where everything is in your body and when you move the wrong way your intestines can rub together and actually make a loud enough sound to where you can hear it and think its a fart....but there are also actual gases in you and they may just be slipping around in there so you can actually hear it :)

Well I guess since they eat drink pee and poo in the womb why not toot? That's so funny xB
babies toot, poop and pee all inside of you! thats why they say to drink A LOT of water because itll flush out the amniotic fluid giving them cleaner fluids to breathe in and "drink" lol
