does my eatting habit matter?

Every day with dinner i peel a orange or kiwi  or i cut a lemon, lime, grapes or i have blueberries with dinner. I try making sure i eat fruit every day and this is my way of doing that. I also eat a grapes or blueberries with my lunch. My mom says that im wasting my time and what im doin isnt helping my pregnancy at all. I just want to eat healthier than before i was pregnant.

Am i wasting my time? Is eatting fruit with my lunch and diner bad?

Fruit has alot of sugars, so if you eat them, do so before 3pm everyday. Bit get veggies in there too! Broccoli And carrotsare really good for you while pregnant. Avacados are good for pregnant women as well!

Fruit are great for you. Fruit juice on the other hand had way too much sugar as per my doctor.
I was eating orange non stop for a couple of months, brought them by the case, lol. As long as the acid doesn't brother you then go right ahead. Vitamin C is always good :)

I try to eat fruit & veggies between meals since I'm a grazer. Adding fruit to your meals is a good idea.

Eating fruit with a meal is great.  It may also cut down cravings for bad sweets like cake or cookies.  I think you are supposed to have 2-3 servings of fruit a day  anyway.  Good luck!

You're supposed to have so many servings of fruit a day. Just make sure you get some veggies too. When I get constipated I eat a lot of fruit, so it'll help keep your bowels regular.

Your specific habit of eating fruits with your meals? I don't see how that is a bad thing ;) at least you are getting in your fruit servings for the day :)

What you eat does matter! It effects your health and in turn effects your baby's health. For example if you eat foods too high in salt or fat or sugar you may develop high blood pressure or diabetes during your pregnancy. This will complicate your pregnancy. Plus eating fruits and veggies will help with constipation many women suffer from later in pregnancy. Congrats on the pregnancy and keep eating fruits n veggies :)

I dont eat a lot of fruit a day, i eat a orange or lemon with diner and with lunch i eat grapes or blueberries but i switch it up sometimes. My veggies are mostly potatoes or corn but i do eat other veggies aswell. I just like to add fruit to my diner

Fruit is good, but veggies are to. Try to balance it out.

they say fruits r good for u but not to eat to much of it becuz of the sugar. to eat alot of proteins n vegges n of course water. but if ur concern cuz every women is different u should ask ur dr to make sure ur on the right track. good luck n congrats!
