I'm at my appt and they've got me hooked up to the heartbeat and contraction monitor again. They made me drink juice and I asked what exactly they're looking for and the nurse (since my Dr is yet again not here) and she said they're trying to make her heart race go up and then come back down. I don't understand why its necessary ?

I would have told them to get a hold of the Doctor right away that you want to speak with him/her to find out whats going on since his staff sounds kind of incompetent... Just my opinion though. Hope everything went well. :)

I think that nurse didn't know what she was talkin bout. The other nurse said they were trying to see how active she is, and make sure her heart beat didn't go down. I can't get a straight answer from these ladies
