Has anyone dreamt of their unborn baby's gender before finding out what they were having? Was it right?

Well the dream was right! We are expecting a boy!

We both really thought we were having a boy. I had been dreaming about it and just had a gut feeling that the baby was a boy but at our last ultrasound the doctor said we're having a girl. Haha we're not bummed exactly but we were really hoping for a boy

Thanks for all of the responses. We actually have a level 2 ultrasound at 19 weeks tomorrow so a great chance of finding out. We have two daughters and a deceased son. So naturally the opportunity to raise a son is overpowering. I am saying this is a girl until proven otherwise easier on my emotions. Our son would have been almost 11 months. We miss him every day.

I have had several dreams that I wake up from just before I am told the gender. Super frusterating! But last night I completed the dream with them showing me the baby was definitely a boy. Now we will see what the ultrasound says in real life.

I constantly dream of a baby girl before and after I've known the sex! which is a baby boy so don't think its anything to go by

I knew I was having a boy before I even started having dreams or had my ultrasound. We had THE hardest time picking out girl names but had a boy name set in stone... sure enough, I started having dreams of seeing my baby and noticing that I had boy stuff all around. At my 20wk scan, there playing with HIS little self and sucking his thumb lol, was my sweet little boy, Brody :)

I have my first ultrasound this pregnancy tomorrow, got a while until we can find out what we are having but I'm still excited to see chickpea (hoping for a girl lol)

I just knew I was having a boy! But at my 16 scan GIRL, then at my 18 scan BOY hahahah now I have a healthy 15 month old baby boy ;)

When I was pregnant with my 1st I had wanted a boy so bad! I had dreams I was having a boy, but I had a girl! Which I'm so thankful now!! But u can't rely on your dreams.. because u can want something so bad you will think that's what your having but it Wont be

I had a feeling that it was a boy from the very begining and then I had a dream about 2 weeks before my scan that it was a girl.    My scan and the follow up scan both say that my feeling was right, its a boy.

Its weird coz I was told I'm having a girl... but wen I dream bout my baby its always a lil boy...

The moment I found out I was pregnant the first time I knew it was a girl, I had dreams of what she looked like and everything and when she came out she looked just like she did in my dreams. Now with this baby me and my bf both have the feeling it's a boy. I haven't seen him in my dreams yet though, just have the feeling it's a boy...Hope to find out for sure at dr appt.

With my first pregnancy I dreamed about parker dying all the time it was terrible. The very first time he was a little girl but everyone after that he was a boy. But yeah you can't base to much off the dreams. What are you hoping for?

I've dreampt I was having a girl three times, then just last week I had a dream I had a baby boy, and looked just like his daddy, I find out Tuesday for sure, at my 21 week anatomy scan. But my doc guess it was a girl. But he said he wasn't fully sure and to just wait til I go for this scan.

I presonally havent but I heard that most of the time when you have those dreams its a good chance youre right good luck

My BF always said it's a boy and everytime I would dream of my baby or think about my baby i would see myself on the beach or something playing with a lil boy but every1 tells you not to get your hopes up and to be prepared either way so i did but i just really felt he was a boy and at my 18 wk scan the second the nurse put the screen up it was WHOA look at this lil baby and there HE was flashing all his goods no doubt about it Daddy was right and my deep down gut feeling was too!!  The pic is on his page too there's no denying it or a maybe they said maybe at his 14 wk scan but at 18 wks its a definite for sure!
