Olive oil is a type of healthy omega 3 fat which is extremely important to your babys brain development. but instead of just drinking it plain, try cooking with it and adding it to things like salad or pasta.
I was constipated and I took 1 table spoon of oliveoil before I go to bed and it really helped but if your not there is no reason to take it coz its gross!
Never heard of that... I can't imagine that would be good but I could be wrong
