drizziness in shower

lastnight me & my boyfriend took a shower together we were there for abt 30 minutes & my head started hurtin i got out & sat down for abt 10 minutes & i started gettin real drizzy did this happen to anyone else

You should really take showers that aren't hot enough to make you feel that way. that's why they don't want you to go in a jacuzzi while pregnant, you don't want your baby to get too hot.

You could try drinking some cold water and trying to get your body temp back to its normal.  That may help you out.   other than that you may have to lay down until you cool down

If I stand for an extended time I start to feel bad, if I am moving it is not too bad. So it could be a combo of standing and also the heat.

yea i think it was too hot ; i thought i was having a heat flashes .. so how can i stop the dizziness ???

if it is too hot I know that can happen.  You have to watch it because it can't actually raise your body temperature or it could harm you and the baby

If i take a hot shower i get really dizzy and feel like im gonna oass out.
