dropping down too early?

I had a doctor's appointment today, I'm 31 weeks and my doctor said that the baby had already dropped down into my pelvis. For the past couple weeks all my coworkers have been saying that it looks like I have dropped and I said no because it's too early and I'm still weeks away from my due date. I guess they were right. Has anyone else dropped really early and still carried  to full term?

From my experience I dropped at 33 weeks and I still haven't had my baby and I'm 38 weeks so sometimes dropping could mean weeks away from your child's birth

I'm right there with you! I'm 35 Weeks tomorrow and he dropped around 2 Weeks ago.. Its kind of got me worried that I might go into labor much earlier than 40 Weeks

I feel a lot of pressure, especially on my bladder,  but besides that I don't feel any difference.

I'm wondering this too! I dropped at 33 weeks and I'm currently 35w+1d now and I'm wondering if labor is going to happen soon or if I can still carry full term
