This sounds gross, but I put cocoa butter Vaseline on mine (thick layer), put socks on my hands, and go to bed for the night. It's such a huge difference by morning!
I've had this problem for a long time due to the dry weather and working in healthcare. Between handwashing and sanitizer. Anyways... May sound strange but I always put a&d ointment on my hands at night and sleep with gloves/socks on. It works for me. But since I'm father along now I can't do it, I get up to pee too often. Good luck either way. Also aquafilic ointment, baby aquafor, and any other ointment or thick moisturizer. Good luck :)
My hands have never been like this til now but i will try nivea
Mine are the same hun, especially after being in water, try a good moisturiser :-) cake it on then put some gloves on & let it sink in for an hour :-) xXx
I use nivea hand cream for mine. I get it every year so not just a pregnancy thing for me. The intense cream works miracles on my hands. I have to keep applying it with mine or the crack and bleed.
