due in April :)

Hey! I'm new to this forum. My hubby(23) and I(22) are having our first baby and it's due April 14th.  We are so excited! I wanted to see who else was due around that time so maybe we can keep in touch with what's going on. I would love to hear your story. As for me, we found out at about 4 weeks and went to the doctor. The first ultrasound didn't show anything really. We got bloodwork done and had to come back for our 48 hr. HCG check. It didn't double so the doctor scared us by saying we will be "cautiously optimistic". That is not what you want to hear! He later recommend I take something to boost my progesterone levels but I declined it. We decided to try another doctor and they seem to think everything is going just fine. It's crazy how things differ depending on what doctor you go to. My first doctor does ultrasounds almost every visit yet he didn't do any type physical exam and with my other doctor its right the opposite. Our next visit will be next Friday and we should get to hear the heartbeat!!! I look forward to hearing from yall!

Im due may 17th, this is my second child. I won't get to do my ultrasound til oct 11th. So I'm really excited. But so far all I want is subway . And my morning sickness has been crazy.

Congrats! Lol luckily I haven't had any morning sickness! I hope I don't. I have been craving sour stuff :) we won't get another ultrasound until November or December to find out the sex...which is so exciting! How old is your first?

She is 7 and we haven't told her yet lol. This is my finances first child so he is really nervous. Im just really happy right now. Have you had any symptoms?

Aww! How sweet. No not really...I've been a little more tired than usual but other than that it's not been bad at all...yet lol. Congrats jluv22! We are almost due the same time! :)

Wow what a story guess what I am due april 14th as well! What a small world lol! I found out at 4 weeks as well I was late on my period. I took 3 home pregnancy tests all positive! Made a dr appt where they confirmed I was pregnant! in the beginning I had a lot of cramps which worried me the dr said everything looked normal but he could tell the concern on my face and he scheduled a ultrasound! At 5 weeks the baby looks like a sesame seed lol but seeing the baby made me feel at ease! I now have a dr appt on tues I will be 10weeks! What a journey this is but I'm excited :) id love to hear more about your steps since were due the same day lol how cool! I also am so tired it feels like all I do is sleep!

Also the ultrasound tech told me I had a flipped uterus she said its rare and she said she heard it was hard to conceive with a flipped uterus but somehow I did it lol we weren't trying. I'm 23 my bf is 30 this is my first child! And I've been blessed with noo morning sickness just tired

That is so neat! :) I've had a few cramps here and there but nothing too bad. It's real upsetting when you're not sure if everything is going right! I'm so glad to hear from you...we will have to keep in touch! I heard some people don't get morning sickness...maybe we're the lucky ones :)

Yeah my cramps felt like I was gunna start my period in the beginning it concerned me but now all I have is sleepy spells I love my sleep:) we lucked out lol were almost to our 2nd trimester just weeks away! I feel like I'm getting a bump I have stretch marks like crazy on my stomach and boobs but I wonder when we will show:)

Mine were like that too. I know I can't wait to hit the second trimester! They say that's the best time. I feel like I have a pudge lol! So far no stretch marks...I got lotion to start using, but I've read it's in your genes so some are just destined to get them no matter how much lotion you use. That will probably be me! According to the stuff I've read we should start showing soon...but just like you I feel like I already am :)

I am ftm I'm 19 and my partner is 21 .I'm overjoyed about having a baby.bubs is due April 8 , i found out really early too so this is going to b a long pregnancy,  after three negative pregnancy test I had bloods and it told me what I new, I saw bubs at 8 wks it was amazing.Congrats on your baby hun.its nice too here about other mum2b around the same stage. I get to see baby in 2 1/2 wks again and they said they should b able to tell the sex its soo exciting but thisis still very scary

ftm here i am due april 17 !! I am havin a sharp pain in the lower right which comes and goes..is this normal??

I've had a few Sharp pains and then slight cramps...I've heard that some pain is normal because the uterus is expanding. As long as your not bleeding or the pain isn't too intense you are probably fine. If it worries you I would check with your doctor.
