well frazenbacher just so you know i am 30 now but i had my first daughter who is almost 14 now when i was 17 yrs old. i totally understand what you are metally going through and trust me it is a scarey thing but believe me when i say you are strong even though you might not know it and it is the best thing i ever did with myself. This month i go watch my oldest graduate from grade 8 and head to high school i never thought this day would happen.
I remember exactly the moment i found out I was expecting the first thing i said is i am going to have to tell my mom. I hope your mom reacted ok, when i told mine she was angry and then didnt see me or talk to me for almost 2 mths. that is a very terrifing thing to do with out your mom by you.
She too excepted it and loves my daughter to death.
you have great things to look forward to and take the time to enjoy it dont rush your little one to grown up it happens so fast already.  I still remember the 4 days i was in hospital with my daughter as one of the best days of my life i stared at her and cried all day i was filled with happiness.
and here i am again hoping to experience it one more time as i just lost a baby that was born still.  so we are trying again hope i can join you on the pregnancy adventure if you have any questions please message me i would love to help you through it.

if you go this web site
twoweekwait . com  it has people who put in all their symptoms , it helped me to when I thought I was and low and behold I was....symptoms mock PMS symptoms so taking a test is the best way to find out

I always had lots of headaches in the beginning, for me it was to make sure I was drinking lots of water and to have some caffeine during the day...most things say to stay between 200-300 mg of caffeine and then it won't have a negative effect on the baby.  sadly being sick and tired for like the first 12-16weeks is normal and there isn't much you can except nap whenever you feel tired ( trust me you will still be able to sleep at nigh I used to sleep 12 hours a day and take 20 minute naps through out the day )  and eat when you can. Oranges help and there are preggo pops or little preggo sucky candies they work really .   I hope you feel better and good luck with your ultrasound :)

Ive had a true vaginal ultrasound, due to having a miscarriage... they didnt really hurt, they were just very uncomfortable. the regualr ultrasounds are so fun though! they will measure and give you an exact due date if they havent already. they changed mine after measuring my little guy. Then just go through if anything is giving you problems, make sure you are taking your vitamins and etc. they really dont do much of anything unless you have an issue. relax! itll fly by and its so much fun to be able to feel the little one growing! :)

I have had a rough pregnancy, I'm 25 weeks and still sick pretty bad... Sports bras definitely help the boob pain, phenegran gel worked wonders on my nausea. I tried zofran, reglan, phenegran pills but what helped was te gel. My dr also told me to take unisom and B6 vitamins at night so I didn't wake up sick all night long.. You could ask your doctor about that.. My mom freaked out about it lol but me and my husband were just stoked I wasn't getting up every five minutes lol I'm still tired as everything and nothin helps that. Just rest when you can and take a nap in the afternoon! Good thing is, it doesn't really get worse. Either gets better or you stay the same! Only other thing you have to look forward to is possibly back pain and not being able to paint your toenails :)

The tired will last probably well into your first trimester until 12 weeks or so the nausea could be temporary come or go or be pretty much constant your whole pregnancy same with the headaches and boob pain. There is a number of things to do about the nausea anything with natural lemon flavor, eat several small meals a day (like never let your stomach be empty) keep water and crackers by your bed and eat a few before getting up, ginger ale, peppermint, if it's super bad your doctor can perscribe you something. Zofran is what I got. As far as the headache and the boob pain goes only tylenol or generic which is aceteminophen. Good luck!

There aren't too many different medicines you can take while pregnant but you can Google the do's and don't's as for your breast I had to wear sports bras constantly sorry I couldn't help out more but on a better note Congrats on your new little one :))

Everyone is different in getting symptoms. Try wearing a sports bra. I bought I've that actually has cups in it but no under wire. Its extremely comfy. For the headaches not much you can do, try an ice pack on your head. It always helps me.
