I would just take the test and get over with. At least that way there's no chance that you're worrying for nothing!

My boobs haven't been unbelievably tender but they have been aching a lot more than usual and for me the fatigue is unbelievable I feel like I haven't slept in days but then there's other nights where no matter how tired I and I just can't sleep

I knew I was pregnant at 4 weeks. I had missed my period but my boobs are what told me I was pregnant.  They were very tender in a way that they'd never been before. I was sleeping much more and sort of bloated. Also, if you get a light spotting, it's mostly the egg attaching in your uterus, I had that happen too.

Both pregnancies I didn't have any spotting but a lot of women on here have said they've had that. Are you going to do a test soon?

I spotted for about 3 days which is really odd for me...been guessing that's what people were calling implantation bleeding?
