Tendergrill, crisp, or original chicken? Avoid the mayo there. I was there for 5 years. Your BEST option there is probably a kids meal... Really tho. I would cater to the chicken sammich craving about 2-3x a wk but TRY to be colorful. Best trick I learned there was drinking a med cup of water just before eating and if you can sneak light dressing to replace mayo. Otherwise whatever makes u happy. I found chicken fries to work almost the same but unfortunately I'm addicted to mayo :(

Calories alone don't help your baby grow- its adequate nutrition which fast food is very low in. If your looking for high calorie intake eat lots of healthy fats and whole grains. Nuts, avocados, peanut butter, whole wheat bread, etc should help and they are full of things that will help your baby's brain and body development. Any doctor that would recommend you eat more fast food is a doctor I would never go back to...

I had this problem (still do, really haha) in my first pregnancy, you'll thank yourself if you DON'T eat it, trust me... even if you don't look like you're gaining anything but a baby belly, chances are you are.. and it's HARD to get it off afterwards.  I honestly looked all baby, was in the right weight range my entire pregnancy with my son and after I had him I was like ohhhh my goddd.. luckily I breastfed and got it off fairly quick, but I'd try to eat a little healthier, maybe a salad at work instead of a sandwich?

Lol the doctor told me yesterday I could try eating more fast food to help my son grow...i dont think it will make a baby big but apparently I am lacking calories and although fast food isn't healthy there is a lot of calories in it

Btw my son is measuring extra small so as of now we are just trying for anything that will help. I don't think yu have anything to worry about

I don't think it'll make your baby bigger. you might gain weight though. It's better to eat healthy for your own good if you still want your figure.

Not particularly, but it's horrible in general for both you and your child and doesn't provide much of the nutrients you both need. Occasional is fine but if you can eat and hold down other foods you should try them first.
