Sushi, bacon, onions, deli meat, feta cheese, etc.
Uncooked meats, raw sushi, unheated deli meats are a no-no, due to the risk of listeria. It's recommended to eat about 8 oz of fish per week, but not shark, mackeral, albacore tuna, and a few others that contain high levels of mercury. Salmon, light chunk tuna, shrimp, talapia are just a few that can be eaten during pregnancy. Soft cheeses, like brie or the queso fresco, and blue-veined/moldy cheeses, like some blue cheeses, aren't recommended for consumption. Stick with aged or hard cheeses, such as swiss, muenster, cheddar, etc. Hope this helps.
Raw or undercooked meat of any kind, sushi, certain fishes or seafood... Umm. That's all that comes to mind. Some cheeses are off limits too, just don't remember what kind!
