please help. i am about 6 weeks pregnant , went for a scan yesterday both external and internal but they could not find anything. they then took my blood for hormone level and it came back over 2000 so they did another internal scan ad again found nothing? they are now saying it might b ectopic but they ant see anything in my tubes etc???iv to go back tomorrow  to check hormone level again? i have no symtoms of ectopic? could they b wrong???

Stressing and worrying your self isn't going to change anything! A number of 2000 is great, but you can't tell anything by just one number...you need at least two or more to make sure your hcg is rising.  Are you sure your dates are correct? Could you be a little less then 6 weeks? Even if you are 6weeks it's is still early, usually with an hcg over 2000 you would see something somewhere, but that's not always the case. You could have twins...which would give you a higher number but not actually be able to see the sacs yet...or even with a singleton it could be just a little late to develop...one day can make such a hugh difference. I know it's easier said then done, but try not to worry you can't change the out come...and you have many things that could be going on! Lots good, some bad...but try not to think about it until you have too. Good Luck, hope all is well!

the best thing right now is to be relax , dont sit and think about it go to movie or go to shopping , that way ur head would be clear . stress is bad for u .  they are just a doctors , not  the god then give time to it up to this point ur pregnant , that is all matter for now . ur number  are actually good , then just relax , and not worry too much , i been there i know how u exactly feel . but relax okay? :) go shopping

Do u really think so. I'm so stressed out as I'm getting no answers for the doctors, they say I'm a mystery and need to wait till blood tests tomorrow! But they say the chances of it being a normal pregnancy r slim!
It's been the longest day of my life. I feel in limbo!

hi hun , that is to earlly for seen anything , ur only 6 weeks , usually they can start to see it after 7 weeks in most cases , they saw mine at 8 weeks, dont worry about it , nothing is wrong  just relax and take care of urself :)
