I have been eating cookie dough daily since I was 20 weeks. And no you aren't supposed to but its so darn good!! Lol you will be fine just don't eat a whole lot like a cookie or 2's worth of dough then put it away
I did , but recommended you don't because of the raw ingredients . A little won't hurt.
