every time he is moving i gotta pee!

i dont know what to do if there is anything i can but i can feel him moving his head and he is so low i feel like i have to pee all the time even when im out and the situation isnt great!! even worse at the moment everytime i sneeze i seem to pee a little!! so embarrassing!!! im not that big or anything either! what can i do ?? is there anyway i can move him a little bit?! ill be 32 weeks tomorrow

Gotta love pregnancy.  The only suggestion I have is to practice your kegal excercises, this will help with muscle control.  BUT you are still likely to leak when you sneeze or he moves.  It's just par for the course.  Like Joy said, wear a panty liner.

Another wonderful side effect of pregnancy! I fondly remember going to the bathroom to pee and it'd be like less than a quarter teaspoon, ugh! Great thing is you've only got about two months to go.

My suggestion is to wear pantyliners; that is what most women do.

I will be 31 wks on Saturday and the same way. If she moves I have to pee right now and if I sneeze.. well you know so yes a pany liner is the best for that.

I'm exactly the same and I'm 32 weeks Monday!! All I do is where a panty liner when I'm out and about!! It's lovely isn't it xx
