extra vitamins

So I'm 17 weeks pregnant and well I'm obviously taking my prenatal vitamins, but I wanna start taking the hair nail and skin vitamin as well? Do any of you know of its safe ? Or is it too much?

The prenatal is pretty much a skin, hair, and nail vitamin as well. Women that aren't even pregnant will take them for that reason.
