extremely itchy red bumps

So in the past week or so, I've developed these very small itchy red bumps on me. At first it was just on my bump, but it spread to my thighs and it's driving me absolutely insane! I don't know what it's from or if I should be worried or not? Please help

I've had stretch marks for a few months though, and just started getting it a week ago. I guess I'll just have to ask my doctor, thanks ladies!

I got a rash on my belly and my hips right where I was starting to get stretch marks it was little pink bumps and I got it around like 16 weeks or so it was awful my doctor told me it was the pregnancy rash or pupps they did all type of blood work to try and find out what it was but after about a week it went away most women aren't so lucky for some who developed it it last until they deliver in glad it only lasted a week for me but I used benedryl and my doctor prescribed me a itch cream cuz it kept me up all night scratching that only made it worse try not to scratch

It can look different on everyone. Some pictures I didn't look like until over a week in. I'd take a benadryl (it's safe) just in case you have a normal allergic reaction. Then tell your Dr. I'm not sure what else it could be myself.

I did, and it sounds like it but doesn't look anything like the pictures? I'm due in 2 days, also!

They're barely pink also, mostly skin color.
