Ladies I had my baby girl on the June 9 th
I'm just wondering that my stomach  looks like I'm 6 months pregnant ): how to shrink my belly

gosh dont worry, really, dont worry it hasnt been that long, most of it will be gone within a month at the most especially if this is your first, alot of it is fluid retension, make sure you drink plenty of water and eat healthily and it will be gone in no time :) Are you breastfeeding?, if you are this will also help, just stay away from the high processed food and you will be fine :)

Just eat sensibly, and drink lots of water! cut out sugar etc... and do some sit ups.. I didn't lose baby weight at all and now i'm pregnant again! Doh. honestly you'll be fine it hasn't been long at all .x
