first pregnancy

hi to all..this is my first pregnancy & first joining her in this forum.  I would like to share this my experience i've had my first trans vaginal ultrasound yesterday, feb. 11, 2012 and my doctor advice and base on the result of ultrasound that i'm on 4 to 5 weeks of pregnancy and mean sac diameter of 0.7 cm, no yolk sac nor embryo  seen yet, normal ovaries with corpus luteum in the right & suggest for a repeat scan after 2-3 weeks for pregnancy viability. my question is, if everything will be still fine? 'cause i'm so worried and nervous about the result  & i dont' now what i'm going to do..so please gave some advice to be strong & take all of those things will be good & well.   Thanks to all.^_^

Thanks for the advice, you know last monday when i'm in the ofc.,i've got a brown color in my panty, i was call to my doctor and she advice me to take a bedrest for 1 week and take a medicine for the protection of baby or to threaten abortion,monday night i saw a fresh blood and i was cried but my husband says me be strong and have faith in God, and he will guide me and also our baby..yesterday tuesday i saw again  a brown color, then continue praying and taking medicne..and as of today my panty is clear no stain at all..i hope that all will still be fine..you know my breast as of today is painfull,and my back is painfull also..is this will be okey or normal? Thanks for reading.

Thanks for the advice..i'am hoping that everything will still fine..you know last monday i've got a brown color on my panty so that i've call my doctor and says that i've got a spotting of brown color.. Then my doctors says take a bedrest for 1 week..then she asked me to pls. Pick-up a medicine to her clinic but my husband only,, then me will be immediately dropby only in the house 'cause we are in the ofc. That time..when i'm in the house while waiting for my houseband the spotting will continue a slightly brown then a little bit of pinkish..on the night i was shocked and nervous when i saw a fresh blood, i was cried that time then my huband arrived and he said dont loose hope just have faith in God..then he gave me the medicine and drunk it..the medicine is a protection for the baby for threaten abortion..and stop bleeding..then yesterday,tuesday i've checked my panty it was a little bit brown with block color,and now wednesday my panty is clear..i've experienced also a pain in my two breast..is this normal also?you know everyday in my life now is very  nervous..but my husband gave me strenght always..and give trust & everything to our almighty Jesus..thanks for reading..

Its my first pregnancy too. My boyfriend and I are very excited but I keep thinking something will go wrong too. I think that's common for new mothers

I'm sure your fine, by the next ultrasound you'll see your little bundle. And by 8 weeks you'll even see a flutter from her heartbeat. Don't be nervous. Best of luck!

That's not uncommon that early in pregnancy. It happened to me, and now I'm 22 weeks and my baby is just fine. I saw the embryo and heard the little heartbeat at 6 weeks, best sound in the world. :)
