Hey everyone I just found out that I'm pregnant and i am very big on working out. All i do is sleep and eat and i really want to work out but don't want to do anything to hurt myself or the baby. Does anyone have any healthy workout tips?

You could workout as much as you want but you need to listen to your body. If you can't talk and breath at the same time then it's a lot of strain for you and the baby. Do try cut down on heavy lifting. Just focus on muscle endurance, cardio and most defiantly stretching of your muscles and ligaments. And STAY hydrated while you workout you will be fine :)

I was heavy lifting before I got pregnant and as soon as I knew I was pregnant I haven't do any heavy lifting. I haven't go to the gym because the gym is at my college and I'm working so I really haven't make some time to workout. I walk about 30 minutes like 3 to 4 days a week but I have been sick so I haven't really do any other workout.

I dance to stay fit. It's nothing like putting on your favorite songs and dancing. It doesn't even feel like a work out. Be careful dropping it low and twerking though lol

You can still workout just not do really heavy weights.
