flow after 3months

My wife is 3months preg and had been confirmed buh had always complain of cramp, today she is experiencing menstrual flow. Ȋ̝̊̅ڪ dis possible?

Anything heavier than spotting should get checked out right away.

Is it spotting or like a regular flow. If it's a regular flow she needs to go to the er or call her Dr. If its spotting it could be normal but I would get checked out just in case.
