My prenatal yoga instructor told our class last week to try kegels. She told us that not only does it tightens, but it help with bladder control and a couple other things.

I have the same problem, going on 28 weeks. and it's been going on since the beginning. keeps me up at night as well. I'm sure it's pretty normal. there's a lot more pressure in there than now. so your bladder is just constantly being squished.
