Did they work better for you than capsules? They are hard on my stomach and I haven't been able to eat (d/t all day sickness) , so I haven't been able to take them.
Make sure they have iron in them. Mine doesn't and I didn't know, and now I'm anemic. So I have to take iron pills now.
