I just posted a response in the other message about miscarriage if you'd like to read it, sweetie!
You may pass larger tissue. When I was miscarrying I actually saw the little sac. So if you don't want to see, don't look in the toilet! The bleeding doesn't necessarily get extremely heavy, but it will be bright red. It should just seem like a bad period. Any worse and, like Brit said, if you soak more than a pad an hour, go to ER.
There are many reasons WHY a woman miscarries and you know something? Not a single one of those reasons (unless absolutely deliberate) means YOU DID ANYTHING WRONG! This is not your fault. I know you feel like a failure and as if your body has betrayed you. But it is not your fault.
I had a miscarriage and was incredibly devastated. But then I became pregnant again after my first period after the loss. If I had not lost the pregnancy, I would not have the wonderful, hilarious, spectacular and amazing daughter that I have now. She would not have been born. It would've been physically impossible. The egg that would've matured into part of her would've been destroyed.
*HUGS* I know this is difficult and you still don't understand!!! I'm here for you!
So sorry to hear about your m/c. I went in on April 17th for my 10 wk u/s and found out that there was no heartbeat and only measured 7wk. I knew I couldn't handle seeing it happen so I choose to go in and get a D&C.
I was told that the bleeding is different for every m/c. If you are soaking more than a pad in an hour then you need to call the Dr.
I'm so sorry for your loss. *hugs*
