5 weeks LMP: 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml  <--this is considered the "normal" range for HCG at 5 wks pregnant.  Every woman and every pregnancy is different.  As another poster pointed out, the only way to really tell is you HCG is doing good is to do a repeate Beta HCG test to see if your levels are doubling as they should (approximately every 48 hrs but remember all pregnancies are different, some double faster, some slower)

Also keep in mind that if you are saying you are 5 wks based on your LMP there are variables that can occur.  If you don't have a typical 28 day cycle and you ovulated LATER in your cycle then you would be a few days behind where you think you are and that can make a big difference in HCG levels.  Also if you are in fact 5 wks...are you at the very beginning of that 5th week or the end?  That too can make a big difference.

My are 9080 at 5 weeks from LMP.. At 4 weeks was 170.. It's true every pregnant is different.. I was worried cause I had m/c last year that's why I asked the doc for other blood test but I'm happy with my level now.. If you are worried ask him fr another blood test..

Heya. Your HCG levels are supposed to double every 48hrs (well thats what my doctor told me). So, if today your HCG levels are 140, they should be 280 in 2 days time. Thats really what determines if ur levels are normal or not. Every pregnancy is different so try not to stress :-) Have you had more than one blood test?
