I had the same thing and talked to my ob he told me that it was most likely from lack of protein. He told me eat peanut butter as snacks and have a high protein breakfast and headaches went away. Hopefully that helps.
A lot of people get headaches in the first trimester. I drank loads of water (literally pints and pints of it) and it eased the symptoms. I definitely notices a difference when I drank less. However I very rarely get headaches so it might work differently for different people. Try to keep really really well hydrated and relaxed. Lie down when you can. Hope you feel better soon!
Omg so happy I'm not the only one! I'm currently 13 weeks and have had a constant migraine since 5 weeks. My Dr told me I could just use paracetamol but it doesn't touch it. I am super sensitive to even the smallest amount of light and I can barely move most mornings, which isn't great when I have a my daughter to take to school :-( I try so hard not to moan or complain because I have wanted this second baby so much but the pain is seriously unbearable!
Constant head aches are not always good please push your Dr to check for preclampsia and drink lots of water because head aches can also be caused my dehydration
I have headaches all the time too. Doctor just said it's just the extra blood flow. But I try to get as much sleep as I can, take baths and relax, but I think it's just a part of my allergies.
