heart burn

Help! I have tried Tums and the heart burn will not go away. I have watched what I ate but it is not helping. Any ideas on something that will make it go away. I cant handle it any more!

Go get some over the counter pepsid , works magic. Im sad i ran out last night!!

Try mustard! I know it sounds crazy but trust me it works. Eat a teaspoon full and it'll be rough for about a minute but it will go away. :)

Milk and honey.
Laying down
And taking a nap.
