heartburn

I have tried so many different things but nothing seems to help! I thought I'd avoided all my triggers yet here is am in pain again! Antacids aren't helping and I don't know what to do :( help?

Sorry for late reply, forgot to check back! I have found the milk based products trigger it so not sure if a glass of milk would work? It's worth a try tho! As we speak it's 3AM and I just woke up with heartburn again :(

I have the worse case of heartburn .. The first thing I did was take out of my diet anything That triggered it ... now anytime I get even a little bit of acid reflux I get a little gas of milk and take a tums and it goes away real fast

Yup I suffer from terrible heart burn and milk or ice cream are the best. I also asked my doctor for something and he gave me Zantac which has helped so much! I take it before bed and I can actually sleep!

When i was pregnant with my youngest i had heart burn so bad it would keep me up at night i would drink milk and it really did help

Try taking Gaviscon with a glass of milk that is the only way I can get a antiacid to work. They sell it at Walmart. Tums and all the others didn't work for me period.

try drinking milk..it coats the heart burn
